Mold is commonly found in areas with moisture, such as attics, crawlspaces, basements, and behind walls. It can create unhealthy and hazardous living conditions, even for otherwise healthy individuals. If you or your family members suffer from allergies or asthma, it is especially important to remove mold, as it is one of the most common triggers. Our services are performed by highly qualified professionals, and we provide prompt, professional responses with exceptional customer service on every job. At Restoration General, we treat your home or business as if it were our own—protecting what matters most and getting the job done right the first time.

HOW CAN WE HELP YOU TO CREATE A HEALTHIER ENVIRONMENT AT HOME:

Performing mold removal on your own can be hazardous due to the risk of cross-contamination to unaffected areas. At Restoration General, we follow strict industry remediation guidelines and have successfully completed thousands of mold remediation projects. We remain committed to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Mold Remediation Process
The source of the water must be identified and corrected. All wet materials, including carpets and upholstery, must be thoroughly dried. Items such as furniture must be removed from the affected area. The contaminated area is sealed off from the rest of the property to prevent the spread of mold spores. Mold growth is removed using sanding, wire brushing, and treatment with an antimicrobial agent. The containment area is then completely dried, cleaned of dust and debris, and filtered using HEPA equipment.
