Finding a leak in your house can be a daunting and costly task. A leak can be even harder to find if it is in your office building, apartment complex, or hotel. One way to find a leak with minimal property damage is by using thermal imaging. With thermal imaging, our technicians can track a leak back to its source without putting a bunch of holes in your walls.

Thermal imaging works by detecting radiation in the infrared range commonly known as “heat”. A camera is used to detect infrared waves and this is transferred to a screen. The image shows the concentration of infrared radiation (i.e. more heat) by color. On a black and white image concentrated infrared shows up as bright white, whereas on a color screen it shows up as dark red.
